Kingdom Advice Centres (KACs) are places where Workplace Ministers can come and receive prophetic input into their lives, hear teaching on working out their calling with God in the marketplace, and learn how to hear God for their situation. They are specialist resource centres to advise and equip people for the workplace. The range of activities covered by a Kingdom Advice Centre include the following:
- Prophecy
- Learning how to hear the voice of God speaking into your vision and workplace
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Prophetic Counsel
- Prophetic Praise and Worship
- Teaching on how to work out your Vision with God
- Networking, mutual encouragement and learning about the visions of others
- Testimonies
A key aspect of KAC meetings is the openness to let the Holy Spirit direct the meeting and set the agenda for that time. Following a time of open worship a facilitator will encourage people to hear what the Holy Spirit is saying and the agenda He is setting for the evening - and then write this up on a whiteboard as people share anything they have heard. This all forms part of the learning experience of hearing God.
Each Kingdom Advice Centre has its own unique flavour that reflects the needs of the people and geographical region. Over time a Kingdom Advice Centre can play a strategic role in the development of a city or region.
A testimony from one visonary who attended a KAC:
"I knew God had called me to set up a business for Him, but I didn't know how to go about fulfilling that vision. I kept asking the Lord to bring me contacts who could help as this was beyond the scope of my local church. After some months a friend invited me to a Kingdom Advice Centre. I didn't know what to expect, but as I walked in I experienced a spiritual dynamic that I hadn't seen before. I was amazed at the worship, the way prophetic gifting was used to speak into people's business and workplace callings, and the teaching that gave God's perspective on vision and the maketplace. I knew at once that this was what I had been looking for and that God wanted to use this place to train and equip me."
